Handover is more than a key exchange. We coordinate the developer walkthrough, document every snag with photo evidence, manage rectifications, and hand over a property that is genuinely ready to live in or lease.
- Attend developer / seller handover and verify completion
- Produce a photo-documented snag list and submit for rectification
